According to the forecast coordinator of Commerce «REM Navigator» Oleg Sikorski, in 2010 the cost of the Crimean properties on the secondary market will increase within 15%.
According to the expert, inter alia, from February to April, residential real estate will go up against the Crimea at 2% per month from May to July, prices will remain at the same level as August and December will increase prices by 1-2% per month.
O.Sikorsky also predicts an increase in the real estate and low, but steady demand throughout the year.
