And I'm shy of what was determined to correctly buy a one-room apartment in Kiev.And in order to correctly (without overpayments and risks) to buy an apartment, I needed a month of immersion in what is called "secondary housing market."

 

"Phantoms", "carrot" and "lumpen-hut"

So, today I have only six actual competitors.But many homeowners took him off the sale in the hope of resumption of growth in prices after the elections. But the growth of nowhere to take: income people are not increased, and mortgages if they give, then under the unrealistic for the average customer's interest.So, tomorrow the prices will fall further, and competition among buyers will come to naught.
