In order to simplify the procedures for obtaining permits for land development in villages, towns and cities of regional value, owned by citizens Minregionstroem developed a new version of Section 9 of the Model Rules of regional development.
Told the Minister of Regional Development and Building of Ukraine Vasyl Kuybida. This document, the minister said, establishes uniform conditions regarding the design, coordination and approval of construction of passports for the whole territory of Ukraine.
However, depending on regional characteristics of urban development, the authority planning and architecture makes the necessary adjustments to the components of building a passport.
Based on the changes in the Model Rules of regional development, the owners of land (the construction of customers) who intend to build a mansion-type homes, enough to get a passport without building urban design study,carrying out its public examinationpublic discussion and approval by the relevant local council.
For the construction of the passport, citizens enough to apply to the relevant local authority planning and architecture, which is authorized to issue such a document within one month from the date of receipt of an application from the customer building.Also the action of building passport covers construction of residential, cottage and garden buildings with a total area of 500 sq. meters, including economic and ancillary facilities in the basement, economic structures and facilities, individual garages.
The introduction of the practice of a new order granting passports to citizens of construction depends on how quickly the regional state administrations will handle a standard form document, taking account of urban characteristics of the region,will make the appropriate changes in the rules of regional development and serve the revised document for approval by the relevant regional council.
