Minregionstroy explained who give affordable housing
Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine is responsible for the deployment of affordable housing, particularly for those citizens whose income levels do not confer the right to social housing, but is not sufficient for independent housing solutions.
This told the Minister of Regional Development and Building of Ukraine Vasyl Kuybida at a meeting on the deployment of affordable housing in Ivano-Frankivsk.
According to the official website of the Ministry of profile, Ivano-Frankivsk region provide power for the production of basic building materials and products.In addition, the region has the raw materials for the production of bricks, cement, building and facing stone, building materials, concrete products, reinforced concrete structures.
"These factors should be considered in the development of state administration and implementation of a regional program for the construction (purchase) of affordable housing" - the minister added.
The Ministry reminded that the mechanism for affordable housing is normalized by article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of the impact of the global financial crisis on the construction industry and housing" developed Minregionstroem, where, in particular,defined the notion of affordable housing and public support for its construction or acquisition, the scope of persons eligible for such support, sources of financing the construction of affordable housing,basic requirements for such housing and the conditions cheapening its value.
